Yummy Flow: A Little Yang Mixed With Yin To Let Go

In this class, yoga poses are synchronized with the breath in smooth movements to build strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. The yin style poses target connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension. Beginner to intermediate class. SilverSneaker welcome

This is a gentle and calming practice that soothes the nervous system and releases physical and mental tension. Students will use props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps to support the body in gentle stretching sequences. Great for beginners or anyone who wants to heal chronic stress, fatigue, anxiety, illness or injury. SilverSneakers welcome.
